Service Description

Finding yourself surrounded with technical issues and devices that aren’t working properly is never a spot that anyone wants to be in (unless of course you’re a technician working for FTS). It can be beyond frustrating to be in a situation where you need to use your device but it isn’t working properly. Many times this leads the person to use a second device to start searching the internet to find a solution to their problems. In other cases, they aren’t even able to get on the internet to troubleshoot the issue at hand. Whatever the case is, it’s always comforting to know there is someone else who you can rely on to make sure the issues you are experiencing are resolved quickly and properly. That is why we have created a simple tech support membership. We provide our customers with full peace of mind protection from these issues. Members can receive help 7 days a week. Tech services are provided virtually through our ticketing system, email or over the phone or customers can schedule an in-store tech service appointment at their convenience. Additional information: Unlimited Tech Support for two devices *May add additional devices for $12/month (5 or more request a quote). If you are having issues with your computer, we can remotely help you determine what is wrong and fix it. You will be able to chat with the FTS over the phone or via an online chat window, and we will obtain remote access to your computer, so you won't have to perform important steps on your own. After the technician has determined the issue we will either fix it remotely or schedule a drop-off.


Cancellation Policy

When you book your appointment, you are holding space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow neighbors, please cancel your appointment within 24 hours via the link provided in your original confirmation email. Please also text us at (541) 590-2474 soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time. Due to the increase in no-shows and same-day cancellations, we now charge a non-refundable $15 deposit. A no-show will be charged $50, these fees will be charged to the card on file when you schedule your appointment. You may request to cancel or reschedule your appointment via the link provided in your initial confirmation appointment request, as long as it is within the 24-hour window. As a reminder we prefer cash or check, cards are accepted with a 3% fee and you will pay once the diagnostic and/or repair is complete.
