Our membership covers 2 devices and provides you with unlimited support regardless of where you bought your device. FTS will support you via phone, online, email, or in-store.

Imagine not having to maneuver through a phone tree to receive scripted support anymore. When you call FTS Tech Support, you talk directly to Jolene, the owner who also happens to be the technician.

We tailor our FTS Tech Support packages for residential households. If you have a business with five or more users, please contact us for a custom quote.

MEMBERSHIP

  • Free Virus and malware diagnostic (additional fee may apply depending on the type of virus)

  • Monthly computer tune-ups (upon request)

  • Software installation and troubleshooting

  • Device performance (speed, updates, troubleshooting)

  • ​

  • Operating system and application updates

  • Interpreting system error messages 

  • Determining when in-store hardware service is required (parts not included)

  • Unlimited remote sessions and advice

Does not include:

  • Personal account management of any kind

  • Same-day service

  • Setting up, deleting, or merging personal email accounts

  • Transferring or fixing corrupted contact lists across accounts

  • Storage upgrades or billing issues with cloud accounts

  • Managing third-party email servers or domain-level accounts

  • Data transfer to a new system

  • Recovery of lost/compromised accounts

This membership is to support the overall health of the system. 

All for Just $45/Month!

  • Your membership covers two computers. Service for additional devices is $20 per month.
