We can also diagnose hardware and software issues, then suggest any repairs, upgrades, or updates you might need to keep your computer running at its best.

COMPUTER DIAGNOSTICS
If your computer isn’t performing as expected, FTS can look over your device, determine the source of the problem, and make the necessary repairs. If you need hardware replaced, we’ll give you an initial estimate of costs, including parts and labor. Our flat-rate diagnostic fee is $85 and will be applied towards the total cost of the repair if parts are needed.
SETUP & INSTALLATION
If you just bought a new computer, router, printer, or mobile device, we can tackle the installation for you. Whether it’s a Mac or PC, Apple or Android, we will configure your new system, including hardware and software installation, set up your home network, and connect up to five peripheral devices. We’ll even provide a tutorial, so you understand all the features of your new system.
COMPUTER TUNE-UP
If your computer or device is running slow, it may just need a tune-up! Think of us as your computer mechanic. FTS will review and update software as needed, remove unnecessary software, optimize your web browser, and make sure your operating system runs at peak performance!

VIRUS REMOVAL
Unwanted popup windows and sluggish performance can indicate a virus or malware is installed on your computer. FTS has the tools and expertise to remove any trace of the infection.
REMOTE ASSISTANCE
Why leave the comfort of home to fix your computer? Our virtual repair services allow us to connect safely and securely to your computer and perform the diagnostics and most repairs remotely.

HARDWARE UPGRADES
If your computer is a few years old and running slow, you may be able to get a few more years of service from it with a hardware upgrade of more memory or a new hard drive.
