Service Description
All of our computers have been upgraded and are in like new condition. We quality tested all of our computers and are backed by a 1 Year Limited Warranty. You may also view our inventory on our website. If we don't have something you are looking for we will happily help you pick out and order any device.
Cancellation Policy
When you book your appointment, you are reserving a time slot on our calendar that is no longer available to others. To be respectful of fellow clients, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email and text us at (541) 590-2474 as soon as you know you can’t make it. Due to the rise in no-shows and same-day cancellations, a non-refundable $15 deposit is required when scheduling, and a $50 fee will be charged to the card on file for missed appointments. You may cancel or reschedule through your confirmation link as long as it is within the 24-hour window. By booking, you also agree to the flat diagnostic rate of $85. Most issues can be identified or resolved during the diagnostic and tune-up process, which is why this service is charged as a flat rate. Please note that the $85 diagnostic covers the assessment and initial troubleshooting only; additional services or repairs that may be needed to resolve your issue will be quoted based on the appointment type you booked or at the time of service. We prefer cash or check for payment, but cards are accepted with a 3% processing fee, and payment is collected after the diagnostic and/or repair is complete.
