PHYSICAL CLEANING INSIDE DEVICE

Service Description

We will clean inside the computer and get rid of all that dust that has accumulated so your computer continues to run smoothly! *additional fee may apply for overly dirty computers and/or keyboard cleaning. This service can take anywhere from 20 mins to 1-2 days depending on the extent it needs to be cleaned, please plan accordingly. We recommend that any computer or laptop have a physical cleaning to remove any dust build-up at least every 6 months.

Cancellation Policy

When you book your appointment, you are holding space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow neighbors, please cancel your appointment within 24 hours via the link provided in your original confirmation email. Please also text us at (541) 590-2474 soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time. Due to the increase in no-shows and same-day cancellations, we now charge a non-refundable $15 deposit. A no-show will be charged $50, these fees will be charged to the card on file when you schedule your appointment. You may request to cancel or reschedule your appointment via the link provided in your initial confirmation appointment request, as long as it is within the 24-hour window. As a reminder we prefer cash or check, cards are accepted with a 3% fee and you will pay once the diagnostic and/or repair is complete.
