Service Description

Did someone call you offering technical computer support or claiming your computer has been infected with a virus or hacked? Did they claim to be from Microsoft? This is a common tech scam. Phishing scams like these are attempts by scammers to trick you into giving out your personal information such as your bank account numbers, passwords, and credit card. Bring your device to FTS and we will make sure they can't get back into your computer and go over the steps you will need to take to secure your information. . *PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE ISSUE*, or we may not accept the appointment* Symptoms are helpful in speeding along the process, please let us know why you think you have a virus or were compromised . This service can take anywhere from 1-3 days depending on the issue, some virus removal can take longer. Please plan accordingly. Cancellation Policy

When you book your appointment, you are holding space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow neighbors, please cancel your appointment within 24 hours via the link provided in your original confirmation email. Please also text us at (541) 590-2474 soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time. Due to the increase in no-shows and same-day cancellations, we now charge a non-refundable $15 deposit. A no-show will be charged $50, these fees will be charged to the card on file when you schedule your appointment. You may request to cancel or reschedule your appointment via the link provided in your initial confirmation appointment request, as long as it is within the 24-hour window. As a reminder we prefer cash or check, cards are accepted with a 3% fee and you will pay once the diagnostic and/or repair is complete.
