If you are having issues with your computer, we can remotely help you determine what is wrong and fix it. REMOTE SUPPORT means you stay at home and we access your computer remotely * You will be able to chat with the FTS over the phone or via an online chat window, and we will obtain remote access to your computer, so you won't have to perform important steps on your own. After the technician has determined the issue we will either fix it remotely or schedule an appointment for drop off ONLY if needed. The average remote session can last an hour or more, please plan accordingly.
When you book your appointment, you are holding space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow neighbors, please cancel your appointment within 24 hours via the link provided in your original confirmation email. Please also text us at (541) 590-2474 soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time. Due to the increase in no-shows and same-day cancellations, we now charge a non-refundable fee. If you fail to cancel your appointment within 24 hours you will be charged a $15 fee. A no-show will be charged $50, these fees will be charged to the card on file when you schedule your appointment. You may request to cancel or reschedule your appointment via the link provided in your initial confirmation appointment request, as long as it is within the 24-hour window. As a reminder we prefer cash or check, cards are accepted with a 3% fee and you will pay once the diagnostic and/or repair is complete.
