First, back up your data, then bring your device to FTS. We can also back up your data in store if you purchase Data Backup.
If you need a hardware repair, we'll give you an initial estimate of costs, including parts and additional labor. Parts may need to be ordered.
To repair your device, we'll collect a flat-rate labor fee of $85 at the store and the cost of the parts if needed.
We will then test all repairs. Once the diagnostic and/or repair is complete we will contact you to pick up your computer.
FTS Remote Tech Support members get 10% off the $85 flat-rate labor fee upon completion of repair.
